By downloading or using the boop! mobile application (on iPhone or Android) or the boop! website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use boop!. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content (nicknames, profile images) you share on boop!. You agree not to:
You can block or report any user at any time from within the app.
We maintain a Zero Tolerance policy for illegal content, including Child Sexual Abuse Evidence (CSAE). Any user found violating this policy will have their account immediately terminated and will be reported to law enforcement, including NCMEC.
If you encounter objectionable behavior, please use the "Report & Block" feature within the app to flag the user for review.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using boop! and delete your account at any time from the app's Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.
The Supporter upgrade is a one-time, non-subscription purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and policies. If you reinstall the app or switch devices on the same platform, you can restore your purchase from the app's Supporter screen. Supporter features may differ by platform (for example, the Wear OS companion app is Android-only). On iPhone, Supporter unlocks unlimited connections. If Apple refunds or reverses the purchase, your Supporter access may be removed.
The Android app is currently offered as a beta through Google Play testing. Beta versions may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice, and are provided for testing and feedback. Feedback you send us may be used to improve boop! without obligation to you.
If you downloaded boop! from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and FERB Systems, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for boop! or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. To the extent any warranty applies and boop! fails to conform to it, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to boop!, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims. You must also comply with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, and any applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless carrier's). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
boop! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed notifications, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of the app. Use of the service is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
