Check that the country and number are right, wait for the countdown, then tap Resend code. Codes arrive by text message. If it still doesn't come, try Sign in with Apple or Google; you can add your phone number afterwards.
In the iPhone Settings app, open Notifications > boop! and allow alerts. Check that a Focus isn't silencing the app. In boop!, open Settings and look at the Notifications section: it should show "Registered" and "Saved". If not, send us a screenshot of it.
Tap the + button at the top right. You can search by phone number or @handle, choose someone from your Contacts, scan their QR code, or share your own link or code. They have to accept before you can boop each other. If they aren't on boop! yet, you can invite them by text.
Hold the boop! button next to their name. If you'd rather tap, turn off "Hold to boop" in Settings.
Tap a person's name to give them a private nickname (only you see it) and choose their widget colour. Your own name and photo are at the top of Settings.
Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap +, search for boop!, and add the widget. Pick who it boops. If it says "Open boop! to sign in", open the app once. On the Lock Screen you may be asked to unlock before it sends.

Swipe their name in your list and tap Report, or tap their name and choose Report & block. They are removed from your list, and we review reports.
In Settings, choose Delete account, or Export my data to save a copy of your profile and connections. If you can't open the app, use the Account Deletion Request Page. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.
