By downloading or using the boop! mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use boop!. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content (nicknames, profile images) you share on boop!. You agree not to:

  • Upload or share offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content.
  • Spam other users with excessive boops or requests.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Safety & Zero Tolerance (CSAE)

We maintain a **Zero Tolerance** policy for illegal content, including Child Sexual Abuse Evidence (CSAE). Any user found violating this policy will have their account immediately terminated and will be reported to law enforcement, including NCMEC.

If you encounter objectionable behavior, please use the "Report & Block" feature within the app to flag the user for review.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

boop! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed notifications, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of the app. Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
