Your Data, Your Choice

To securely download a copy of your profile and connection data, please use the Download My Data feature within the boop! app (Settings > Download My Data). This ensures your data remains protected by your account's authentication.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request a manual export by emailing [email protected]

Option 1: In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your data is directly inside the app. This process is instant and automated.

  1. Open the boop! app
  2. Go to Config (Settings)
  3. Tap "Delete Account & Data"

Option 2: Request via Email

If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a manual deletion request for processing.
